This Refund & Return Policy applies to Guilty Pleasers and purchases made through our website.


1. Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • All orders are confirmed via email immediately after purchase.

  • Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided.

  • You can track your order in real time using the provided link.

Delivery Confirmation:
An order is considered successfully delivered once the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) marks it as “Delivered” to the address provided at checkout.


2. Returns & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report within 30 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost

Incorrect or Missing Items

  • Report within 30 days of delivery

  • We will resend the correct item or resolve the issue promptly

Change of Mind

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued if:

  • The tracking shows the order was successfully delivered

  • An incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer

  • The request is made after the return period

  • The item has been used, damaged, or altered

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance (unless defective)


4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is our fault


5. Fraud Prevention

To protect customers and prevent misuse:

  • Proof (photos/videos) is required for claims

  • Carrier delivery status is used as confirmation

  • We reserve the right to deny suspicious or abusive claims
